Comments On: monk outside?

I live in washington, have a vervet. Im thinking of making a monkey run (dog ron with a roof) with a monk door (doggie door) to her cage in the house. My question to all of you is does my girl have brains enough to come in from the cold and rain? It gets cold and wet here in the wintertime, but I would like for her to have this convinience.....what do you monkey people think?
